How to measure Beads

Hi Fweeps,

You have probably noticed me saying stuff like: 10 mm beads, 6 mm beads and more.

What does that mean?

It means the diameter of the bead. So when I say 6 mm beads, I mean a bead that has 6 mm diameter.

But How do you measure the diameter of any bead?

To find this tool in your local market, go to the section that sells equipment for chemistry students/laboratories. Show them the picture and tell them you want the cheapest one.

Otherwise you can order it online from amazon here: Sliding Guage
